Tips and Information

Required: Computer, High speed internet connection. FTP Software (Free Download), DVD Burner

Mulitple file uploads allowed.

1gig maximum upload for photographs and video.

If you scan pictures - scan multiple photographs together to make one file for convenience. Scan pictures minimum 150 DPI.

72 DPI photographs are allowed; depending on size, quality can be effected.

JPG, TIFF, Photoshop Formats OK

We can supply generic music. If you want special music, just upload with photographs - files must be in .aiff or .mp3 and purchased and supplied by you. All music files are deleted upon electronic delivery of video file to you.

15 second video clip = 3 photographs for pricing purposes. (no single video clip longer than 30 seconds will be accepted)

Video formats accepted - quicktime, avi, dv (high quality video -640x480 size is desired.)

Picture's Filename should include number to place in sequence if specific sequence is desired. (example: image1.jpg, image2.jpg)

Your Electronic Memorial Video file will be available for you to download via FTP within 12-24 hours. The file may be played on your computer or burned to a DVD. We reserve no rights to your video.

DVD's are shipped within 3 days from order placement. If within 30 mile radius of Clarksville, Tennessee, next day DVD delivery available.
